Ingredients:
1. Tortilla
2. Sun dried tomatoes
3. Cream cheese softned - 1 tbsp.
4. Shreded lettuce - as needed
1. Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla.
2. Arrange the Sun dried tomatoes at one end of the tortilla.
3. Sprinkle shredded lettuce.
4. Start rolling from the salmon end.
5. Cut into little wheels.
To make a healthier version use humus instead of cream cheese.
