kale chips

Ingredients:
1. Bag of pre-washed Kale
2. EVOO
3. Sea salt/Kosher salt to season


Method:
1.Lay out Kale leaves on a baking sheet.
2. Drizzle EVOO on the leaves and coat well with a brush.
3. Sprinkle sea salt to taste.
4. Bake at 375 for 10-15 min until dry but not brown.
