Tambrahm Cooking 101

Poricha Kuzhambu, Mor Kootu, Arachu Vitta Sambar - Demystified.

Poricha Kozhambu: Red chillies, with high black pepper ,jeera along with coconut and urad dal.

Mor Kootu : Does not usually contain paruppu. Mor kootu is yogurt thickened with rice flour along with green chillies and coconut. Thalippu with coconut oil and jeeragam.

Puli Itta Kootu : Usually contains kadala paruppu. Ground with coconut, red chillies, coriander seeds.Good with plantain.
