1. Take a pan, add a teaspoon oil ( I prefer olive oil) and roast a handful of cashew nuts, slow flame
2. Add chopped onion, saute for 2 minutes and add salt to taste ( no need to make it brown)
3. Add chopped tomato (freash) - saute for a minute
4. Blend the above in the blender and keep aside
5. Take a pan, add whole garam masala and add the blended puree
6. Add butter if you wish, add coriender powder, chilli powder
7. Add peas (frozen) 1 cup, add water 1 cup, cook the peas until tender
8. Add kasoori methi
9. Cook till peas are tender
10. Add paneer and cream - cook for another 5 minutes and serve hot with naan, don't forget to garnish with coriendar
